I am an Associate Attorney with Hoover Kacyon, LLC. My primary practice areas include family law, civil litigation, estate planning, and appellate practice. Originally from the Mahoning Valley, I am a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Trumbull County Bar Association, and the Akron Bar Association, as well as a member of the Nathaniel R. Jones American Inn of Court in Youngstown.
I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in December of 2013 and received my Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron in 2019. During my tenure at Akron Law, I served as a representative for the Student Bar Association and was a founding member and officer for Akron Law’s chapter of the American Constitution Society, which was nationally recognized in 2018 as the ACS Rising Chapter of the Year.
In addition to my academic and extracurricular pursuits, I am also a decorated athlete, winning the 16U PONY National Softball Championship in 2007 and earning All-State 1st and 2nd Team honors during my senior and junior years of high school, respectively. Since I was an undergraduate, I have enjoyed sharing my talents with the next generation of pitchers and softball players by providing private coaching lessons and mentorship.
I am also a certified mediator, receiving my certifications for general dispute and divorce mediation in the Summer of 2017.
