Quinton Blair Cutlip
Quinton enjoys litigating cases and takes pride in representing people who have been severely injured by negligent drivers, reckless property owners, dangerous roadway conditions, and careless pet owners. He is particularly interested in cases that involve traumatic brain injuries and/or spinal injuries.
Our jury system is the only place where a person has a chance to be on an equal footing against insurance companies, businesses, and corporations. Quinton is proud to stand with his clients to ask members of our communities (a.k.a. jurors) to decide what is right and what is wrong.
Quinton has been selected as a finalist for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association's 2023 TRIAL LAWYER OF THE YEAR AWARD. The San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association is the oldest and largest trial lawyer association in Northern California. The winner of the award will be announced in late April, 2023.
Over the course of his career, Quinton has represented hundreds of clients and collected many millions of dollars for injured people. He is a solo attorney, who intentionally maintains a small practice, so he can focus on the clients he chooses to represent. He believes it is more important to extract large settlements and judgments for a few clients than it is to represent many clients who cannot receive his time and attention.
Quinton's clients speak directly to Quinton when they call. Their cases are not handled by associate attorneys or paralegals.
