Prachi Hasija

Prachi Hasija graduated from Amity Law School, Delhi (affiliated to Indraprastha University). That she is a young lawyer graduated only in the year 2020, but she has been enthusiastic throughout her college life and has assisted a number of advocates in a variety of matters. Soon after she passed the bar exam of New Delhi, she joined the Office by the name of Avid Legal and has handled matters related to but are not limited to personal injury, writs, probate law, property law, criminal law, and family law.

Ms. Prachi strongly believes that each client is unique and each case is different with a different set of challenge. Her solutions are never “one size fits all.” She prides himself on listening to his clients, reviewing all facets of each case, and using her basic knowledge of India law alongwith the available resources strives to come up with individualized solutions for each client.
