Lifesaver, got rid of felony charges. When facing a serious case which could have resulted in a felony record, out of talking to at least 10 lawyers, Mr. Masorti stood out the most. His intelligence, grace, and dedication will protect you all the time at any time. He will do work without ever giving you tension, with you not even realizing the work he is putting into the case. Out of multiple charges that would have made me a felon, Mr. Masorti was able to get everything downgraded to one single misdemeanor charge, that after one year of the ARD program (pre-trial invertion, probation) that only required a court check in online once a month, would get expunged. He stands out in my mind as THE most impressive lawyer I have ever met. You cannot go wrong and will never question your decision in choosing Mr. Masorti.

Sympathetic and Diligent Representation Philip Masorti represented me when I had engaged in felonious criminal activity after a night of drinking. I was scared and worried for my future, and I felt as though this one mistake was going to define me for the rest of my life. However, after getting in touch with Philip and receiving legal counseling from him, I felt confident in his abilities to point me in the right legal direction and reduce my sentence as much as possible. When he spoke to me it was as if he was a member of my family, he truly cares about his clients and always keeps you informed and up to date. Biography

I have been defending the rights of the criminally accused since 1992 and I have been involved in all aspects of criminal litigation from initial investigation to final appeal. I have tried to verdict well-over 80 criminal cases and I have negotiated pre-trial resolutions in well-over 1000 other criminal matters. My priority is defending clients with passion and skill against complicated and serious criminal prosecutions.

I have dedicated my career to criminal defense and to the science of Trial Advocacy. I believe in representing my clients zealously and maneuvering cases as quickly and cost -effectively as possible through the criminal justice system. I am an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and I regularly attend more than 12 Credit hours of ongoing legal education annually. I have the privilege of teaching Trial Advocacy at Penn State School of Law.

I have won acquittals on major cases including attempted murder, aggravated assault, drug deliveries, rape, sexual assault, conspiracy, arson, terroristic threats, simple assaults, burglary, criminal trespasses, DUI, indecent assault, unauthorized use, furnishing alcohol, recklessly endangering and other serious charges.
