- Activities: Paul is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham Law School, where he has taught an advanced antitrust course since 1991. In February 2006, he organized, on behalf of the government of Israel, a financial services delegation to Israel led by the Honorable Jack Kemp (former US Representative from New York, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Republican Party nominee for Vice President in 1996).

- Activities: Paul currently serves on the Executive, Strategic Planning and Law (Pro Bono) Committees of the Board of Directors for the America-Israel Friendship League, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the political, social and economic ties between America and Israel. He also served on The London School of Economics’ New York Development Committee from 1999-2001.
