Extremely Poor Service I rarely ever write reviews. However, I feel compelled to inform others about the terrible experience I had with Paola Palazzolo West. She charged me an exorbitant amount of money for doing hardly anything to assist me. Not long after she was paid, I could rarely get in contact with her. She more often than not, ignored my emails. Among the worst things they would do is bill me for things they did not do. (So, be sure to check your itemized statements if you decide to hire this attorney anyway.) They had to refund my money for falsely charging me for services they did not perform.
