In good hands I want to start by saying; this has been a very interesting and rewarding experience that I wish no one should ever go through. But in the case anyone is faced with an unlawful and injustice situation, it calming to know we can call on Oleg. Back in 2019, I was involved in a lawsuit with my former employer. During this time, it was stressful emotionally and financially not knowing what would come of my case. Oleg and his team did an effective job walking me through the steps from beginning to end. Below, I have identified into three categories that presents my feedback. Communication/ Responsiveness – Whenever I had a question or the lawsuit advance onto the next stage, Oleg was clear and precise on this delivery of information. This information was prioritized based upon what was relevant or what current concerns were. Oleg is easy to talk to. As he gets to know his clients more during the beginning process, I do see that he adapts his tone, speed, and vocabulary to mirror with his clients’ expectations.
