Nicholas Pierce

I am Nicholas Pierce. I am a litigator who has represented hundreds of clients in legal malpractice lawsuits against their attorneys. Throughout my career, I have faced off against some of the largest and most formidable law firms in Texas.

I hold licenses to practice in all Texas courts and the Southern District of Texas, and I have served as counsel in various lawsuits nationwide.

I am actively involved in several professional organizations and serve on multiple committees. These include the Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. In the latter, I work to impose sanctions on non-lawyers who unlawfully act as lawyers and attempt to harm the public. Additionally, I mentor pre-law students at the University of Houston and Southwestern University, guiding them as they prepare for their legal careers.

Outside of my professional life, I spend the majority of my time with my young son. I also participate in men's basketball and soccer leagues, striving to keep pace with players in their 20s.
