Neill’s experience includes the following: Represented a Canadian power company in its $4.3 billion acquisition of certain gas pipeline and storage businesses Represented an international power services and equipment company in its exit from Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Represented a privately held cable company in a 144A offering of its common stock and subsequent merger with a competitor Represented alarge industrial equipment company in its $1.0 billion acquisition of a remanufacturing business from a private equity sponsor Represented an automotive parts supplier in a $350 million offering of senior secured notes Represented a US communications company in its tender offer of $675 million of its senior notes and replacement of its existing credit facility Represented a US industrial water treatment services company in its $4.2 billion sale to a consortium of private equity sponsors Represented private equity sponsors in connection with the formation of REITs Performed LBO and financing analyses for numerous private equity sponsors
