Natalie Greaves
Boise Law Group, PLLCNatalie believes that the best lawyers are peacemakers, working to find solutions in even the most emotionally-charged situations. Inviting an attorney into your situation can either simplify or complicate your experience. Having someone “fight” for you only prolongs the fight. Instead, look for an attorney that will solve problems for you. Natalie has served clients both in Idaho and in Arizona. She graduated Cum Laude from the Arizona State University School of Law, one of the top public law schools in the nation. She has also worked in chambers with judges at nearly every level of court, including externships at the federal trial court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, Natalie served as judicial law clerk for a year with the Arizona Court of Appeals, and was the Research Editor on Law Review. Natalie works as both a litigating attorney representing individual clients in family law and guardianship cases, as well as working a family law mediator and as an attorney guardian ad litem.

- Q. What forms do I need to unsuspended my parental rights? How do I?
- A: I'm a bit confused as to the details of your question. I can't tell who your son lives with now, if there is a guardianship case that is designating who is his guardian, or if you are talking about custody. I'm also unsure jurisdictionally whether the case would be in Montana (where the child lives) or whether there was an Idaho case already establishing jurisdiction in Idaho. In short, your case seems very complicated. I would suggest you use the feature to find an attorney and discuss the details to get a better answer of your options. Best of luck to you!
