I first met Nancy as opposing counsel on a catastrophic brain injury case. We fought hard, but ended up becoming friends, and have associated in on other cases since then. I have seen her grow and a very formidable trial years, but she has always displayed boundless energy.

Great energy, able to handle large volume of details at one time. Great communicator.

Great knowledge base and stays current on the law. She has often alerted me to new case law over the years.

For the same reasons as above, I rate her high on legal analysis.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Communicates wonderfully, at one very difficult Appellate hearing, that we lost on the tentative she was able to capture the Justices in a way I have rarely seen in my 35 years of practice.

Nancy has called me many times to discuss case situations, she has always taken the high road on matters such as ethics and professionalism.
