- Activities: Nan is a member of the Texas Bar, the Houston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, including the Section of Litigation, the Women’s Advocate Committee, and the Products Liability Litigation Committee. In 2005 and 2006, Nan served as the chair of the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation 5K "Tie One on for Charity," which raises money for several non-profit organizations in the Houston area. In 2007, she established "Tomorrow's Attorneys Pipeline Program," a Houston Young Lawyers Association diversity program working with high school students. Active in the local Houston arts community, Nan is a Board Member for CathARTx, a non-profit art education program for children living in residential facilities, and she is a member of the Houston Arts Alliance's 2007 Steering Committee for the MetLife Foundation National Arts Forum Series.
