Murat Pacarada

Lawyer Murat Pacarada is Master of Laws, who has worked in the Courts of Kosovo for 21 years.

From 2015 to 2021 he was a Judge in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Department of Economic Affairs.
From 2010 to 2015 he was a Judge in the Minor Offenses Court in Prishtina.
From 2004 to 2010 he was an administrator at the Commercial Court in Prishtina.
From 1999 to 2004 he was the general director of "Universal" in Prishtina.
From 1986 to 1990 he served as a lay judge in the Municipal Court in Prishtina.
From 1978 to 1981 he worked as a journalist in the student newspaper "Bota Sot"
He completed the bar exam in 2006.
He is the co-author of the Court Management Manual
He is a co-author of the Law on Tobacco
He is a co-author of the Law on Minor Offenses approved in 2016
He has been the chairman of the technical commission for the transformation of the Courts
Has conducted various trainings in the legal field.
