Mr. Steven McIntire Allen

My mother was born in Honolulu, and her father practiced law at 110 South King Street after waiving in from the City of Boston Bar in 1928.
I was born in Burma, and lived in Japan for 17 years. I went to law school in Connecticut and Tokyo. I practiced commercial transactions and corporate matters for law firms in New York, then Los Angeles. I worked in Tokyo for Nishimura Asahi, then in Osaka for an international boutique firm, and then returned to Tokyo to work for a Marine Law firm.
My research and drafting skills, as well as my attention to detail, have been honed on both sides of the Pacific. A list of my representative matters is available at www.law.mcintire.international.
My birth and early years in Burma, combined with my Japanese language skills, and my legal practice experience provide me with unique insight which I would be glad to put to use for you.
