Professional, Personable, Expertise, and Great Skills In Legal Problem Solving All: Outstanding Alan G. Peytrouton is the True Professional in the aspect of Criminal Law with extraordinary abilities to bring about a favorable conclusion to this client. When first contacting this truly caring Attorney-At-Law, he took immediate charge for and on my behalf and stood by until the difficulty which could have included incarceration as well as a hefty fine, was passed to this client's advantage. Every question given was answered without additional charges to the retaining fee, and in a forthright manner always, showing personal interest and care. When the time of the "Petition To Commence Expunging" came, he assured that it would come within three years from the date of the incident would be granted, and it -in fact- did!! The Nightmare Was Over with a promise made was a promise kept! Currently he is actively working for and on my behalf on expediting the New Jersey State Law Enforcement Authorities to compel Final Conclusion On This Now Expunged Issue and Incident. No one can find a more Outstanding attorney than Alan. For any reason this writer will need legal services again, Peyrouton Law, LLC. will be the Exclusive Sole Provider! There are no words in the English Language to express true attributes towards this extraordinary individual.

A: You may be facing "obstruction of justice" charges, however, we will need more information to further assist you. You can reach us at 201-766-4800 for a free consultation.
Q. Is title 39, section 4-50 , 4-50.4a. Crime or a Motor Vehicle Charge in the state of New Jersey?
A: It is a traffic offense. It is considered "Quasi-Criminal" because there is exposure to incarceration. However, a DWI conviction will not appear as a "Criminal" conviction on your record. It will appear on your driving record.
