Miriam A. Ross
Miriam A. Ross is a business attorney with extensive industry and business experience as an in-house counsel (Dayco Corporation, Textron Inc. and GTECH Corporation) and in the private practice of law. She serves as the trusted legal advisor for counsel and assistance with the evaluation, structuring and negotiation of the full range of business transactions, contracts, litigation, licensing, development, corporate and governance issues, as well as advice on day-to-day legal issues, employment matters, and operational matters. The Law Offices of Miriam A. Ross, Esq. are primarily focused on providing smaller and medium-sized businesses (profit and not-for-profit) and business owners with the same type and quality of legal advice and counsel enjoyed by organizations with in-house legal staff. The firm brings practical strategies and the right mix of legal insight and judgment for the many issues organizations and their leadership faces within the clients' time frame and budget. In 2010 she garnered a respectable showing running as a first-time candidate for the Rhode Island State Senate.
