Michelle C. Berk, Esquire is an Elder Law, Estate planning and Estates, Special Needs and Disabilities law attorney representing seniors and their families in planning for their future and protecting them. Whether living at home, in a nursing home or other facility we can prepare Guardianships, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Living Wills, review contracts, obtain Medicaid, engage in Special Needs Planning and Planning for Disabilities, and Estate planning and provide representation where needed. Michelle is Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association and a former Director of the Bar Association. She is Co-Author and Co-Editor of the Montgomery County Elder Law Handbook and the Guide to Legal Issues for PA Senior Citizens. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, (NAELA), Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys, (PAELA), and Academy of Special Needs Planners, and a Fellow of the Montgomery Bar Foundation. She serves on the Board of Montco SAAC, the Elder Access to Justice Roundtable, the Montgomery County Office of Senior Services Advisory Board, the Visiting Nurse Association and others. She is an Alzheimer’s Association Champion and frequently presents to caregiver support and community groups and to elder care professionals.
