Michael G. Gerson

Mr. Gerson is one of the most, understanding, sincere, knowledgeable, straight-talking lawyers! I I first met Mr. Gerson in 1996, when I was employed with EBMUD. I was having an issue with getting the proper treatment approved after the company's doctor requested the treatment. Nor was I being compensated in a timely manner as well. The minute after our first meeting I knew I was in good hands! It wasn't long after I hired him to represent me that things started to change. At the end not only did he hold the company's feet to the fire, but I was treated totally different and my care as well as my health was better off for it!
