- Activities: Mike serves as general counsel to the Assisted Living Federation of America and also chairs the association’s Legal Advisory Committee. He also sits on the following American Health Lawyers Association committees: Long Term Care Committee; the Fraud and Abuse, Self-Referrals and False Claims Committee; and the Physician Organizations Committee. Additionally, Mike is a member of the Health Care Contracting Committee and the Procurement Fraud Committee, both of the American Bar Association’s Section of Public Contract Law as well as the Health Law Litigation Committee of the ABA’s Section of Litigation and the ABA’s Health Law Section.
