Unethical Attorney Was the attorney for me and my wife. When my wife got a new job in 2017, she recommended Melvyn with that employer to do H1b . He scared the new employer, telling them the chances of rejection is very high. He scared to the point that the employer dropped the offer, but later came back with their own attorney and did the H1b like a breeze. My green card process was also filed by Melvyn. He did a very shabby job and the process ran into trouble many times, including audit and rejection. On appeal, I had to write a letter to USCIS since the letter Melvyn came up was inadequate. Overall poor rating.
