Matthew P. Stucki
Matthew P. Stucki was born and raised in Southeastern Idaho and is grateful to be able to serve the people he grew up around in his legal practice. At a young age Matt learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and teamwork as he participated and excelled in sports. These characteristics provided an important foundation that allowed Matt to pursue a childhood dream of playing college basketball at Idaho State University and later a profession career for a basketball club in Germany. While playing basketball at Idaho State University Matt received a degree in business management and was named the business management student of the year. Matt received his Juris Doctor Degree in 2013, from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he was named on the Dean's list. Upon graduation, Matt joined Racine Olson full-time. Matt has transferred the determination and work ethic he developed during his athletic career to his law practice. Matt law practice is primarily focused on estate planning, probates, business law, worker’s compensation, real estate, and personal injury. Matt is married and has four children. Matt is very involved in youth sports and commits a lot of time coaching and teaching youth sports. Matt also works with the CASA Guardian At Litem program, providing free legal services in an effort to promote the best interest of children in troubled homes. He is involved in his church, which provides service to members of the community.
