Born and raised in Omaha, Matt attended Creighton Prep High School where he graduated in 2000. He thereafter attended Colorado State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science. He returned to Omaha to attend law school at Creighton University where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2007. He thereafter passed the Colorado Bar Exam in July 2007, and has been licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Colorado since that time.
He now has over 16 years of experience practicing primarily in Douglas County, Nebraska, and Sarpy County, Nebraska. During the past 16 years of his practice of law, he has represented criminal defendants in a wide range of matters, from traffic violations, to DUIs, to serious felony cases. He has extensive trial experience, having tried a number of cases to juries and to the bench.

I do not charge to consult with a potential client, no matter the situation they face (criminal defense or otherwise). I will clearly state my fee depending on the criminal charges that a client faces so that there are no surprises to the client during my handling of the matter in terms of what my fee will be to represent them from beginning to end. - Credit Cards Accepted

I do accept contingent fees, but only in cases that involve personal injuries. Contingent fees are ethically prohibited in matters of criminal defense.
