- Represented a major Boston teaching hospital in connection with the development of a 350,000 sq. ft. in-patient facility which included a below-grade connection to its existing hospital, 350 car garage, and its campus master plan as well as in the development of other ambulatory care and neighborhood health centers. Represented a Boston teaching hospital, which is the center of a health care network, in connection with the development of its new emergency department, its heating and cooling facility, and its campus master plan. Representing a public utility in connection with land use and environmental permits and approvals required in connection with the development of its substations and related facilities. Acting on behalf of a developer client, assisted the City of Boston and Boston Connects, Inc. in petitioning the US Department of Housing and Urban Development in the successful designation of the remaining Massachusetts Turnpike Air Rights Parcels as a “Developable Site” for the purposes of inclusion within the Empowerment Zone.
