: Current; Activities: He is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, the San Antonio Estate Planning Council, the State Bar of Texas, the Corpus Christi Bar Association, the Texas Society of CPA's, the San Antonio Society of CPA's and the Corpus Christi Society of CPA's.

: Current; Activities: Mr. Comuzzie is currently a member of the Texas A&M Foundation Planned Giving Council and the Estate Planning Council for the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research. He was previously on the Board of Directors and served as an officer for the Corpus Christi Young Lawyers Association and was selected as Outstanding Young Lawyer by that group in 1995. He has served as a director for several community and charitable organizations and as a speaker on board member responsibilities and liabilities as well as charitable giving in conjunction with estate planning.
