He also represents investors and principals in healthy venture projects. Other representative matters include: Currently represents official committee of unsecured creditors in the Wellman Inc. chapter 11 cases. Currently represents unofficial committees of bondholders in major chapter 11 cases, including Calpine. Currently represents ad hoc group of asset based paper holders in a KKR Financial facility being restructured. Currently represents the Bank of New York, as indenture trustee. Currently represents Atlas Air. Currently represents bidders and purchasers of assets of troubled companies. Represented JPMorgan Chase in the Enron chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
