Experienced attorney specializing in labor and employment law with extensive background representing and counseling management regarding a broad spectrum of employment matters. Successful at assessing risk and tailoring legal solutions to meet business needs and strategic goals.

Prior to practicing employment litigation, I worked for global companies in a number of HR roles (HR Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Benefits Management, Start-up). My experiences as an HR professional and litigator have given me a pragmatic perspective when counseling cross-functional business partners on complex legal matters.

I serve as an Advisor of the California Lawyers Association Labor & Employment Executive Committee. As an Advisor, I collaborate with colleagues throughout California to design and offer a variety of labor and employment educational programs to educate and update attorneys through conferences, webinars and radio programming.

I regularly provide and enjoy training before audiences of business executives, attorneys, and HR professionals at conferences, by webinars and radio.
