Recent representative matters include: representing a hedge fund in connection with the purchase of a $600 million collateralized debt obligation; representing a joint venture in connection with the acquisition of controlling equity interest and a mezzanine lender’s interest in a 30 story, multi-tenant, approximately 475,000 square foot Class A office building; representing one of the country’s largest private camping clubs in connection with the sale/leaseback of approximately 50 membership based campgrounds in 16 states; representing a furniture retailer in connection with the sale/leaseback and expansion of an approximately 630,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center; representing a petroleum distribution company in connection with the sale of a petroleum terminal; representing private equity funds in connection with the acquisition and financing of companies that have significant real estate interests throughout the United States; and representing a New York health care institution in connection with its significant real estate holdings.
