I Know Luis E. Since1988-He Saved My Family From Losing Our Home Luis has a heart of gold. He is solely responsible for helping me when I was in jeopardy of the bank foreclosing on, and taking our family home, following the loss of four rental properties due to my lack of judgment in a "construction" deal.
