Prior to joining Ropes Gray, Luca advised on a range of cross-border transactional issues including reorganizations, capital markets offerings, securitizations and other financial products, derivatives, and tax aspects of debt restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and credit agreements.Luca was also the manager of the European Center of Tax Studies and Electronic Commerce in Milan, Italy where he was responsible for U.S. activites.He also was a researcher in tax law, and European and international tax law at the Institute of Tax Research for Enterprises in Milan, Italy.
