Lila H. Swann
Dedicated Advocate for Car Accident Victims in Beaufort, SC
Growing up in the coastal town of Morehead City, NC, I always had a passion for helping others. Today, I'm happy to call Beaufort, SC home.
Before pursuing law, I worked in marketing and graphic design, where I gained an appreciation for creativity, problem-solving, and connecting with others. I eventually craved a new challenge - something that allowed me to make a greater impact. That’s when I decided to take the leap and attend Charleston School of Law, an ideal location for someone who had always wanted to live in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
During law school, I embraced every moment. I earned a position on Law Review, graduated cum laude, and was honored as a Presidential Honors Scholar. Those years shaped not just my legal knowledge but also my commitment to being a strong advocate for those who need it most.
As a personal injury attorney, I focus primarily on car accidents because I understand how overwhelming and disorienting life can feel after a car wreck. My goal is to guide clients through the legal process with clarity and compassion, helping them rebuild their lives.
But there’s more to why I practice personal injury law. The work I do not only supports my clients but also allows me to give back to the communities I love. By choosing me to represent them, my clients become part of a full-circle effort to help others in need.
I strive to bring a unique, approachable perspective to personal injury law. At the heart of my practice is a genuine desire to help others—whether that’s securing justice for an injured client or creating opportunities for those in my community.
When I’m not in the office, I enjoy exploring Beaufort’s waterways, spending time with my family (including my Cocker Spaniel, Henley), gardening, cooking, reading, and learning to play the piano again.
