Fabricated bills, actions and correspondence without consulting me, and antiquated approach. I hired Lester Perling and to assist with a durable medical equipment investigation. Mr. Perling’s approach was outdated, and my case was excessively handled by 31 different individuals within the firm, which led to inefficiencies and a lack of continuity. At a time when I was scared and vulnerable, I placed my trust in him to guide me through an unfamiliar and stressful situation. However, I cannot recommend his services due to the following issues: • Fabricated and inaccurate billing practices. • Instances of double billing. • Actions and correspondence undertaken without my knowledge or consultation. Based on my experience, I would caution others to thoroughly evaluate their options before engaging his services.
