Although my firm practices in several different fields of law, my expertise is primarily in Mortgage Foreclosure Defense,Divorce & Family Law, Bankruptcy, and Mortgage loan modification. In terms of divorce law, I have a unique prospective from both my personal and professional experience that few other attorneys can match. - Q. I currently am in a car loan contract that has a 29.99% APR. In New Jersey that APR is 0.01% away from being illegal.
- A: You will need to retain an experienced New Jersey Civil litigation attorney and have an either a secured video consultation or contact the attorney to find out whether the attorney is seeing clients in person or not. The attorney may charge you a consultation fee to review any documents that you may have. Whether it will be cost effective to retain an attorney depends on the amount of money involved. Good luck.
- Q. What an email service provider is issued a court order to produce deleted emails what happens next?
- A: You need to retain an experienced matrimonial attorney to represent you in this matter. In New Jersey the grounds for divorce have no effect at all on the economic issues or property issues. But if you can prove or provide your attorney with proof that your not yet ex-spouse is actually living with someone else all the time or a signification amount of time you can avoid having to pay spousal support.
- Q. How can I obtain a verified complaint form for Essex County NJ- (I am the administrator of my deceased father’s estate)?
- A: This is something that you need a Probate Attorney to represent your interests in this matter. Furthermore you are emotionally involved in this matter and not a trained Probate attorney. Pick the best attorney you can find and remember one rule: a good attorney is generally never cheap, and a cheap attorney is generally never good so don't choose based on price. With modern technology, you can be represented by any high-quality attorney in New Jersey irrespective of geography.
