When we agreed to retain her, we signed a letter of engagement that detailed her scope of work and fees. Her website provides a list of fees for specific services. When we received the drafts of our documents she very promptly and thoroughly answered our questions. Once the documents were executed, she provided us with paper originals and electronic copies.
