- Activities: Ms. Miller currently serves as the Managing Director for the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation. She assumed that position after serving on the Governing Council for the ABA Section of Litigation. In addition, Ms. Miller is the former Chair of the ABA Criminal Litigation Committee, which she chaired for four years, and is a past Chair of the Health Litigation Committee of the ABA as well. Ms. Miller also serves on the Executive Committee of the Edward Bennett Williams American Inn of Court and has served on the Executive Committee of The Barristers.
