Do not hire this guy! Kirby did not care about my case. He actually hurt my case, rolled over and made everything worse. Kirby let me know we had court and wanted signed paperwork two days before “surprise” court date. Would not follow up with me, sometimes for months(once it was 8 months). Very poor communication. Never expected Kirby to care about my sons but shocked I paid someone so much money to treat me in a such a vindictive manner. Said he wouldn’t charge for texts, he sent a bill with text message charges. Told me Samantha would be in the office so I could drop off paperwork, I arrived early, doors were locked and lights off. Waited around for an hour and a half, multiple phone calls, I left and didn’t see either one of them. Got sleazy excuses why they weren’t there. Kirby and I had a meeting, took the day off work and drove 200 miles to kc, all for Kirby to cancel last minute claiming a tummy ache. Had to fire him. View More
