Kevin is well-known in Workers' Compensation circles for his legal acumen. He has published opinions challenging the NC Industrial Commission, which are appealed to the NC Court of Appeals.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Kevin provides a common sense, realistic approach to legal representation. He under promises and over performs. I trust Kevin. I ask him questions about Work Comp laws and their interaction with personal injury matters. We handle accident/PI cases, but not Work Comp issues. Kevin is my go-to when I have questions. He helps me decide whether to accept a case for representation or refer it out. I have consulted with him on several client matters and decided to both accept and reject cases.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Kevin always responds in a timely fashion. He's careful about listening and provides sound legal advice. Again, we handle PI matters. If there is ever a hint of involvement with Work Comp issues, I call Kevin first. He's steered me in the right direction, keeping us from making a mistake.
