A skilled trial and civil litigation attorney, Mr. Hogan has extensive experience representing clients in complex litigation matters involving contracts, business torts, complex commercial litigation, business dissolutions, civil torts, employment law, professional and medical licensing defense, receiverships, custodianships, banking and finance litigation, collection actions, landlord/tenant actions, and commercial mechanics lien resolution actions. Before practicing law, Mr. Hogan retired from twenty years of service to this nation as an intelligence field operations officer, with extensive combat experience, at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Being groomed for further service in the intelligence community on a national level, after graduating number one in his class of over 150 select military, CIA, FBI, and DEA intelligence professionals at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s National Defense Intelligence College in Washington, D.C., Mr. Hogan was placed in command of all USAF psychological operations, military deception, command and control targeting, and electronic warfare operations in key theaters of active combat operations. He left that path to serve our citizens in other ways, attending law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
