Experienced business and commercial litigation attorney who primarily focuses on owner-operated small businesses enterprises. I and my full service law firm serve as outside general counsel for business owners, managers and entrepreneurs.

I am an experienced trial attorney located in Dallas. I practice in Federal and State courts throughout Texas and in arbitration proceedings. My practice involves enforcing and defending the rights of finance companies and banks, manufacturers, restaurants, warehouses, construction contractors, artisan/consultants, and logistics businesses.

I started Roquemore Skierski PLLC to be a full-service firm whose business transactions attorneys help start-up, expansion, and dissolution of business operations. We help with complex contract negotiations, mergers & acquisitions of businesses including business combinations, private placements and initial public offerings.

Our real estate team is here to help developers, investors and managers acquire, buy or sale real estate. We also help cure title defects, including latent liens and other title issues.
