- Before joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. Zullow was an associate at Fish & Neave, where his work focused on intellectual property litigation, trade secret litigation, interference practice and patent prosecution for clients including ExxonMobil Chemical Company, Hoechst Celanese, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, The Gillette Company, and Phelps Dodge. Since joining the firm, Mr. Zullow has focused on pharmaceutical and chemical patent litigation and client counseling. In this capacity, he has helped Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. obtain a favorable Federal Circuit ruling that reversed an unfavorable claim construction; has helped Inverness to obtain preliminary injunctions against potentially infringing products; and has helped Teva Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. to obtain summary judgments of non-infringement regarding two different pharmaceutical products.
