- Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Starnella was a litigation associate in the New York office of Darby Darby, where she represented and counseled clients from a wide range of industries in trademark and copyright infringement matters, as well as domain name disputes. She also provided assistance on patent litigations. Ms. Starnella has negotiated theatre production rights for a pro bono client and advised a New York-based non-profit educational organization on copyright matters. She is currently representing a pro bono client in a state court action against a governmental entity. Prior to law school, Ms. Starnella was an account executive at Leo Burnett advertising agency in Chicago, where she helped develop advertising strategies and assisted with brand re-launches on the Philip Morris and U.S. Army accounts.
