Initial $300 to review the case, ended down the drain. Her explanation of what had to be done, was not comprehended by us, she would not send it in writing, and to explain to the accountant because we did not, she wanted to charge other $300...just to repeat the same thing to him. Don't waste your time...she is so nasty on how she responds to emails...bad vibes all over her attitude. What we repeated to the accountant as far as we could understand, he said it was not legal to do. She evidently did not know how to solve it...but not humble to admit it. although wanting to get more consultation fees coughed up.
