: Current; Some aspects of Roscoe's practice include the representation of health care providers in disputes concerning the operation and management of HMOs, the representation of major corporations and investors on issues relating to the acquisition of or merger with other entities, and the representation of the Massachusetts Port Authority in connection with its "Logan Airside Improvements" redevelopment program for Logan Airport.Roscoe regularly represents major utility clients in public utility regulatory proceedings at the state and federal level. He has considerable experience in the areas of electric utility industry restructuring and deregulation and the convergence in the telecommunication industry. He also has a diverse litigation practice involving commercial disputes, securities regulation, and other complex cases.
