Took money, never worked, then continued a bizzaee cycle of pretense that he was refunding it.
Despite reservations due to several reviews id read that Mr Kaplan never returned calls or finished jobs he was retained for once he gets paid, & concern that he only takes cash zelle or checks I retained him because he had some good reviews & said
he could write a living trust quickly.
Upon receipt of my $2150 retainer I didn't hear from him for days, although I believe he has no employees, I still never heard from him at least with an intake form or questionnaire and after the end of the third full business day with no contact I called & emailed him. He didn't reply so I left a review because I noticed he replies to his negative reviews.
Within minutes of leaving a review a carnival of what I can only describe as what I believe to be very bizzare dishonest & unethical behavior ensued and continues to ensue.
