Unprofessional Joe Maddaloni is an extremely unprofessional lawyer. While acting as proxy for a shareholder, Joe went into the meeting hot and called other shareholders "scumbags". No professionalism what so ever. Joe also represented the business for employment purposes at one point and then represented a terminated employee later on... very unprofessional.
