Joseph Albanese

With over 30 years of experience, Joseph Albanese started his firm in Forked River with the purpose of helping individuals and families across New Jersey even the playing field against some of the nation's largest financial firms.

After graduating with his Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maine School of Law, Joe pursued his mission of assisting those throughout our community who are overwhelmed by debt. Joe worked as a law clerk to the Passaic County assignment judge after graduating law school. He worked for 8 years as a bankruptcy trustee prior to starting his firm, giving him a strong foundation in bankruptcy law and debt relief.
