Jones vs. Rodriguez child custody I paid this attorney to represent my son and me but he represented my ex. He never asked about kids in question and how my ex had them when I was custodial parent. When we went to court to move custody to my ex he jacked my child support to 600 for one child which I could never get lowered. My son is going on 26 in Oct and I still have 2000 in interest to pay on a case that should have been close years ago. I told him that my ex and his mother had taken both my boys and would not bring them back till I did this and he did nothing to help me. Didn't even mention it when we went in front of judge, which my ex denied me seeing my son after that and I still haven't been able to see my son. They dropped the youngest off with just the clothes on his back no shoes or anything.
