Disciplined, a former Naval Officer and Fulbright Scholar, his work ethic translate into superior legal knowledge and effort. Unassuming, the only way I learned about his academic acumen was sitting in his office and noticed his credentials. Opposing counsel who do not prepare well, will be leaving the courtroom or boardroom wondering what just happened to their case. John will not be outworked. He will not "win" every case--none of us do--but it won't be because he was not prepared.
