#1. No #2. Yes, however, he knew law and used that to manipulate us into more money. #3. In the end yes I won the case, however, the judge that finally had jurisdiction over our case (went to Harris to find out we had to go to Waller county (another 6 months) … he knew that and let but didn’t tell us. my ex kidnapped my daughter for a year and not telling me where she was….vecciho told me there’s nothing I could do. I was my child’s biological mother he was my ex boyfriend ( not dad). 1 year later … The judge …before anyone said a word …told my ex biyfriends lawyer in the beginning that the case was over he had no legal right but would listen for record to ensure no appeal.
