John Bouhasin
I am a proud St. Louis native and alumnus of St. Louis University High School, the St. Louis University College of Arts and Sciences, and the St. Louis University School of Law. My legal career began in 1997 as an Assistant City Counselor for the City of St. Louis, where I was initially assigned to Lambert International Airport. In this role, I worked on significant projects such as the W1W expansion and provided legal opinions for the Airport Board, as well as the Police and Fire Retirement systems.
After my time at the airport, I transitioned to City Hall, where I represented city officials, employees, police officers, and the Board of Police Commissioners in both federal and state civil litigation. I later expanded my experience by serving as a municipal prosecutor for the City of St. Louis.
In January 2006, I founded The Bouhasin Law Firm, P.C., where I focus on criminal defense, traffic violations, DWI cases, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. My clients include professionals from various industries, including bar and alcohol industry workers and numerous St. Louis police officers. I was also an active member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officers Association.
