Activities: Mr. Ramsey has been active in the American Bar Association's Section of Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law. He served as a Member of Council (1990-1993), Chairman, Oil and Natural Gas Exploration and Production Committee (1989) and Vice Chairman (1982-1988). He has served as a lecturer and has prepared a model form agreement for the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
